Marketing, 2020 - 2021

In my time at Illinois, I worked as both a Public Speaking Instructor and a digital content specialist. In my marketing work at University of Illinois as Digital Content Specialist, I was tasked with developing original content, project management, and supervising 4 interns. All of these tasks were to develop strong strategic marketing campaigns for 16+ departments via channel-specific branding. These plans are then implemented on our @IlliniUnion social media, website content, and digital signs #AtTheUnion and across campus. Based on our online marketing analytics, I evaluated and adjusted strategy to fit the clients’ needs. I particularly enjoyed the creative pitches involved in brainstorming new and exciting ways to tell the #ILLINOIS story.
